Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads in your region of focus via phone and email
  • Become an account expert in the merchant services products and solutions offered
  • Promote our products/services to local business owners
  • Close sales through excellent customer service and people skills
  • Review merchant processing needs and recommend viable solutions
  • Develop and share sales strategies for more effective sales closing
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Continuously improve sales tactics through feedback
  • Develop your own team of sales associates with shared residuals

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of field sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
  • One year of provden sales experience helping small to medium business grow
  • Promote payment solutions to business owners in region of focus
  • Build referral partnerships
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop your own team.
  • Ability to use a tablet/laptop
